In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby intend to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the National Gym Association, Matt Ammann, and any sponsors for any injuries and/or losses suffered by me as a result of my participation and/or attendance at the shows hosted by Gator Productions.  I waive all compensation for the use of my pictures or videos.  I understand the NGA requires 5 total competitors in a division to award a pro card. I agree to accept the results of a drug test and if I request and further investigation it will be at my own expense.  NO REFUNDS

Amateur Registration Fee

$100 for 1st Division, $60 for each addition division. Payment is DUE IMMEDIATELY. Payment Options are listed below.

These divisions do not qualify as crossovers

  • TRANSFORMATION DIVISION $100  (no NGA membership card required for transformation)

  • EVENING GOWN DIVISION $100 (no NGA membership card required for evening gown)

PRO Registration Fees

  • Pro Men's Bodybuilding $200

  • Pro Women's Figure $200

  • Pro Bikini $200

  • Pro Bikini Model $200
