*Seven years drug free polygraph test required. $65 cash paid directly to Polygrapher.
*Urine test for cash and pro card winners.

-If you hold a Pro Card from another organization, your Pro Card must be current. You will also need to apply for your NGA Pro Card at www.nationalgym.com
